STEP ONE

Turn of Boiler and isolate water supply.

STEP TWO

Locate drain off valve, please see below:

STEP THREE

Drain of all the water from with the system with a hose

STEP FOUR

With a pair of plyers and grips start to losen the nut which is connected to the Radiator, an example is shown below.

STEP FIVE

Lift the Radiator off the brackets and lower to the ground, this the ensure any water remaining in the Radiator will not seep out onto floor.

STEP SIX

Completely disconnect the isolation valve and remove the Radiator from the wall.

STEP SEVEN

Prepare the new Radiator. You are now ready to replace the old for news. Place the new Radiator onto the existing brackets and connect the valves to the new Radiator

STEP EIGHT

The radiator now needs to be refilled. This is achieve by opening the air valves with a Radiator Key to all the Radiator to fill until its FULL. This must been completely by opening the vales ONE by ONE.

STEP NINE

Test for any leaks. If you there are no leads the Job is completed.
